We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders of €100 or more. Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days on the same day. This is an estimated dispatch time and not a guarantee. Delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Track & trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email. You can use this link to follow the status of your order.

Return conditions

You can register your purchase for return within 14 days of receipt.

  • You may try on clothing as you would in a physical store.
  • The product must not be used more than necessary to assess its size, fit and characteristics.
  • For worn, washed, damaged or soiled items, a deduction for diminished value may be applied.
  • Preferably return the product with its original labels, accessories and packaging.
  • Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Direct return costs are your responsibility. If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will cover the necessary return costs.

Refund

We will refund you no later than 14 days after you notify us of your return. We may wait until we have received the product or until you can prove that it has been sent back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

If you return the complete order, we will also refund the cost of the cheapest standard shipping method. Additional costs for options such as express shipping are not refunded.

For a partial return, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect item

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Contact us at info@voltixforce.com and include your order number. If possible, attach clear photos.

If the issue is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution at no cost to you.

Order not received

Has your order not arrived or does it appear to be lost? Contact us at info@voltixforce.com. Include your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
